1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ShowLeads, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ShowLeads is a starter application that includes authentication, billing, onboarding, AI metering, and growth tooling. The service is provided as-is.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You will not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• You will review any AI-assisted output before relying on it in your own product or workflow.

4. Billing

Paid access is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Trial access, if enabled, is governed by the starter's configured trial settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowLeads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
